Blending Workshop

Location: Winery building at Sheldrake Point vineyard and winery on Cayuga Lake
1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Learn about blending wine in this hands-on, interactive workshop and take home your creation! Working alongside winemaker David Breeden and your peers, you will learn how to make a balanced and smooth wine — a wine greater than the sum of its parts — by blending red wines extracted from our oak barrels.
$50 per member
includes a take home bottle of your very own red wine blend and the small foods you will enjoy as you work.
