Our Wine
At Sheldrake Point, we specialize in producing exceptional estate wines, including Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Dry Rosé, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Gamay Noir, as well as specialty dessert wines. We grow our grapes in our vineyard overlooking Cayuga Lake and apply our expert knowledge of each of our varietal blocks and the viticultural practices most appropriate to each to cultivate a balanced vine that fully ripens the grapes it bears. Those grapes are then meticulously hand-harvested. This ensures every grape is the highest quality it can be, from the vineyard to the glass.
