Facilities & Provisions in our charming Greek Revival Farmhouse include:

  • Conference Room with cushiony chairs & French doors to patio
  • Adjacent garden patio with lake views (& set up with tables & sunbrellas)
  • Hearth Room with working fireplace & private tasting bar
  • Phone for conference calling ~ Copier/Printer/Fax Machine
  • Computer-compatible high-resolution projector (for additional rental fee of $50)
  • Private bathroom ~ Arrangement of tables & chairs to your specifications

Facility Site & Set-up Fees
$150/day ~ or ~ $100 for ½-day (up to 5 hours)

BEVERAGE STATION
Priced per person, unless otherwise noted

  • Brewed coffee, herbal & decaffeinated tea, with amenities –
    $5 (1/2-day); $8 (all day)
  • Bottled juice (grape, cranberry, apple) -
    $2/bottle (charged on consumption)
  • Carafes of iced tea and or lemonade
    (contains 4 tall glasses) - $6/carafe

BREAKFAST or BRUNCH OPTIONS
Served inside during your meeting or on the adjacent garden patio (weather-permitting)

  • Homemade coffee cake, organic yogurt with locally-made granola, & fresh seasonal fruit - $8
  • Bagels with whipped cream cheese and butter - $3.50
  • Quiche (Broccoli, Mushroom & Swiss) w/Potatoes au Gratin - $12

APPETIZERS, LUNCH or DINNER OPTIONS
Dine at our lovely, on-site Simply Red Lakeside Bistro (pre-order required)

• Dessert tray: brownies, cookies, & melon (served in the afternoon) - $4.50

8% tax & 20% service charge will be added to all consumables

To confirm your reservation, a $100 non-refundable deposit, along with
estimated guest count, is required at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
